The DURMA HDM3015 3000w co2 laser is the latest state of the art machine added to our extensive fabrication equipment lineup.It has a sheet capacity of 60" x 120" and a material thickness cutting capacity of 1/2" in steel, 1/4" in stainless steel and 1/4" in aluminum. The new laser allows us to make short run and prototype jobs more quickly, easily and accurately, with no special tooling cost. For long run jobs we can load full sheets utilizing our autonesting program to get maximum sheet utilization. Also,if you have an array of parts made from the same material thickness we can autonest them to get the most cost effective sheet utilization reducing your cost per part. The OKUMA ES-L10 II Lathe with live tooling and LNS Bar Feeder is the latest state of the art machine added to our extensive CNC machining equipment lineup. The machine has a bar capacity of 2-3/4" diameter through the spindle and a chuck capacity of 10" diameter. Material types include aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel and plastics. The live tooling allows us to mill just about any shape of part. We can also drill & tap on the face and sides of the part. The live tooling also allows us to make most parts complete eliminating the need for secondary operations.The LNS Bar feeder allows the machine to run in the auto mode allowing us to give you a lower cost per part.
